| Welcome to Haywire Booking Agency. Many parts of this website are still in development so please bear with us. Haywire Booking is an agency based in Portland, Oregon that books national tours for bands in North America. We do not book local shows in Portland and are not affiliated with any clubs in the Portland area. If your tour does take you through Portland we will get you a show there but that is the extent of our booking in Portland. | Bands: for tour submissions please send an email before sending a press kit. Emails are much preferred over calls. NOTE: Tour reservations are normally made 6-8 months in advance so please take that into account. The publicity section of this website is set up not only to help bands within the agency promote their shows better but to be an invaluable resource to any any touring band. Please feel free to use this, and if you have any suggestions or additions in your area please contact us about them so we can make this a more complete resource. |
| Clubs and promoters: check out the bands section for information on press, bios, mp3’s, and past shows and tours. For upcoming shows and dates you can check the shows section for tours in your town or area. Note that by each date there is either a help, pending or confirmed comment – this should help to find the best date for your show. |
Booking agents: please check the avails section if you have a tour that you’d like a supporting or headlining act for – also if the dates you need are not posted feel free to drop us an email to see if we can change them for you.

| Want to intern? Would you like to learn the ins and outs of booking tours for bands? Haywire Booking Agency is looking for interns who would like to become booking agents. Interns will complete a four month program designed to teach the process of booking a tour and how our agency works. Time commitment is 1-3 hours per day, with possible school credit and interns need not live in the Portland, OR area. Internship is unpaid, but interns could have the chance to become a booking agent, earning money for each show they book. If interested, please send an email to: manager@haywirebooking.com. | |
